Your donation will help fund research studies conducted at the institute in our quest to prevent disease caused by sensitivity of the immune system to dietary gluten and other foods, and to further our innovation of diagnostic testing for these maladies. We will also continue our investigation of the factors that cause and interventions that can successfully treat microscopic colitis and other intestinal inflammatory diseases, as part of the overall mission of the institute: To improve intestinal and overall health and nutrition through medical research, education, and public service. Our new educational initiative to aid in the fight of the childhood and adult obesity epidemics is well underway.
